Heather Kerner is the founder and maker of The Good Crust, a small-batch artisan dough company featuring the grains of Central Maine’s own grist mill, and with a social mission to help people with disabilities to enter the workforce. She is an Occupational Therapist, experienced home baker, and identical twin to Maine Grains CEO, Amber Lambke. A signature accomplishment, Kerner has formulated an extensible sourdough pizza dough, used for high volume wood-fired pizza programs, made with 100% Maine Grains.
