About me
Along with her cousins Gregory and Matthew, Justine is one of the co-owners Les Fermes Longprés; a 1 500 acre regenerative-organic grain farm situated near Montréal in Québec. Their family also founded Le Moulin des Cèdres; a mill that aims to enhance organic wheat from local agriculture through partnership with neighboring bakers.
Since 2015, as director of operations, she oversees the processing of the wheat grown on the family farm into a white organic flour. Through close collaboration with several bakeries and Coop Agrobio du Québec, she has been developing a farm to table approach for the commercialisation of the Moulin's products.
